I loved this salad. I used a bag of frozen southwest corn which went well with the recipe. I recommend making it a head of time to let the flavors come together.

This was easy to make and goes well with any grilled dish. Make at least 1 hour in advance and put it in the fridge for best flavor. The longer it sits, the better it tastes.

This recipe has become a favorite with our family. At some point I began adding cold brown rice and garlic to it, and it makes a wonderful side dish. I remember watching Paula make this on TV; I believe her granddaughter had brought it to a family party. She was so enthusiastic about it and it is easy to understand why.

This is going to become one of our summertime favorites. Served it with BBQ'd burgers as a side dish--and I did certainly not have to beg anyone to finish it! Super easy, and super flavorful!

Not only does this salad taste as good as it looks, it comes together in a snap! I love to grill the corn on the cob (in the husk, then cut it off the cob and add it to the salad. My family raves about this salad! I can't count the number of times I've "given away" this recipe.

This salad is wonderful. I had so many people ask me for this recipe. I made it exactly, only added in a can of black sliced olives. Everyone loves this dish! Great for summer potlucks.

My first recipe review. Made for my family over the weekend. Everyone LOVED it. So easy and yummy. After I initially stirred it all together, I tasted it and wasn't impressed. After the salad sat in the fridge for about 4 hours, the difference was amazing. Everything just needed to meld together. Paula - thanks for another quite and tasty dish. It's one I'll have for years, as well as many members of my family.

I hate to say that I used canned corn and it still made a big hit. The only other thing I added was some tobasco sauce to give it a kick. Thanks for a great recipe.

If you are looking for a different kind of salad and you love avocados and cilantro, then this is the one to try. I came back from a potluck with an empty dish and many requests for the recipe. It is just so fresh!! I, also used two avocados. Otherwise, this is spot on. My Mom raved about it.
