This salad whipped up in a breeze and is a nice, fresh tasting salad with easy to find ingredients. We LOVED the dressing (can't go wrong w/ Cilantro and Lime!. I did as another viewer suggested and used 2 Avacados. DELISH. We love Avacados in our house. I am bringing this as my salad to Thanksgiving supper tomorrow.

My family really loved this colorful salad and it is so different. Never would have thought that this would be good. Paula, I just love your program. All easy recipes that the average family will like and can prepare.

I used this recipe to quickly and inexpensively put together a quick salad for a small party I went to last night. It was an absolute hit, and on the first attempt at the recipe (which is a stretch for me. The only change I made to the recipe is adding 1 Tbsp of Basalmic Vinegar to the recipe to give it a little more of a sweet kick. Reipe is great with butter crackers.

What a quick, colorful and delicious salad. Thank you Paula. This was a great way to use all our cherry tomatoes that suddenly rippened all at once. My husband normally prefers not to eat avocados, but really enjoyed them in this salad.
