This is wonderful! We made it while camping, so easy! I roasted the corn on the grill and then added. Everyone loved it, there was none left!!

This is an awesome side to any dinner, Mexican or BBQ, ridiculously simple and packs
alot of flavor. Out here in the west, cilantro is a staple in alot of our dishes, combined with
lime and avocado it's a knockout! Fresh corn would be your first choice, but I made it with frozen, delicious!

Love this salad! Sometimes I add a jalapeno and black beans to change it up a bit?

If I could give this a higher rating I would. However to gove it more crunch, I added chopped celery. But this is refreshing yummy salad that would make even the most ickiest of eaters happy.
    Thanks Paula!!

This was easy to make and delicious with our Mexican meal. We usually do not like cilantro but it was perfect in this salad. Only thing I would change is that I would make a double recipe to share at our next picnic potluck.

This salad is a awesome with any mexican spiced dished, with the cilantro and lime you can't go wrong. The only thiing I do diffrently is I use frozen white corn and roast it in the oven. I eyeball the cilantro I put in because while I like cilantro, I don't like it overpowering. Additionally, when I bring this salad to get togethers, everyone asks for the recipe!
