Forgot the cilantro, but used parsley instead. And added some red wine vinegar for an added kick. So easy and delicious! The perfect "summer" salad.

This came out so good! My husband loved it so much, I thought he was going to lick the bowl. Next time, he wants me to add double the amount of avocados. Definitely a keeper!

This recipe is so good and really does remind you of summer. I actually used Green Onions and 1 finely chopped Jalapeno and it was delicious!! Thanks to all the people that said to use 2 Avocados.

Delicious, light and fresh! Served it as a side to grilled turkey burgers, and it was a success! I made it just as directed, and then let it sit in the fridge for about an hour before serving. Was perfect, and will definitely be making this many times again.

Tasted very good. A few notes: A little acid (vinegar, citrus may have really spruced up the taste and given bite. Also this is not one to leave in the fridge overnight or toss to roughly, as the avocado does not keep well, and the salad should be served right away. Very good recipe.

This salad is great! It's easy to make, you can make it ahead of time. My husband and I absolutely loved it. It's healthy too!
