When I made this for a family get together, everyone raved about it! My brother even asked to take the leftovers home! Another family member said that she usually despised anything with corn as an ingredient, but she absolutely loved this!

I made this dish for Thanksgiving dinner and it ended up being the first thing that everyone finished up. Very easy to make, and tastes delicious!

This is really good and easy to make. Not recommended for the faint though---this dish is pretty rich. Taste better the next day as it stiffens up.

I made this casserole for the first time on Thanksgiving Day, 11-25-2004. I took the casserole to my daughter and son-in-law's house where the entire family of 18 were in attendance.
All the women in the family just had to have the recipe. It was a winner with all of us. I like the fact that corn is not a seasonal vegetable and I cam make it for family get-to-gathers on any occasion.

I have had corn casserole's made by people before....but, when I made this corn casserole for our Christmas dinner...It was simply the best I have ever put in my mouth. Keep up the great work Paula.
