I'm not much of a cook but this recipe was so easy and tasted so good my family couldn't believe I actually made it. It was a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner.

This is the best corn casserole and/or scalloped corn type our family has ever had. I had to print out the recipe for everyone. It was the Thanksgiving hit. Not too much of any one thing and no over powering unusual ingredient taste. A perfect corn blend. Thanks Paula.

This was so easy to make. My pregnant sister got 4 servings. I didn't put the cheddar cheese on it, but it was still a hit.

This was great even my picky mom loved it. My aunt Leatha, who has since passed, used to make "corn pudding" that everyone crave and no one could duplicate. My mom said since we can't have our aunt's pudding -- then it's Paula's casserole from now on. This is the first recipe of Paula's I've tried. I didn't put the cheese on top. I will definitely make this again and again etc.
