    This is the first Paula Dean recipe I have tried. I took it to a Harvest Potluck at the office. It was a hit and so easy to make. I'm adding this to this years Thanksgiving menu.

    I added cubed ham (10 ounces to make this a great one-dish meal. It would be equally tasty made with shrimp or cubed and rendered slab bacon.

    This casserole is AMAZING! The taste is wonderful and it was so easy to put together. I urge you, please try this recipe, you will love it! I will definately make it again and again! Thank you Paula!
