So delicious! I made it with light sour cream and without the cheese. After reading the reviews here I will cut down the butter to 1/2 a stick next time. Served it with barbecued pork chops and everyone loved it!

This was super-simple to make and was delicious. It's pretty darn rich, but that's what makes it good. I think the addition of some canned green chilis or pickled jalapenos would create a great taste juxtaposition with the sweetness of the cornbread and creamed corn. I'll try it that way next time for sure.

I use this recipe whenever I have company and need extra side dishes. Everybody loves it. I went over to my friend's house and she had chopped up and added a fresh jalapeno. It was delicious!
Play around with this recipe because it is a no-fail one. You're gonna love it!

If you enjoy the taste of corn and cheese then this the dish for you. I did enjoy it, but it's not something I make often. Unfortunately, the test is very strong and doesn't seem to mesh well with anything but chicken. I like it with fried chicken, but that makes for a heavy meal, which is why I don't make this very often. It is good though.

This is a real keeper. The recipe calls for a stick of butter but in her video she says 1//2 a stick and I found 1/2 a stick to work well. Strange for Paula to call for less of her favorite.

This is such a terrific side dish and really feeds a crowd. Be careful though, Jiffy makes a Banana Muffin Mix which I used by accident the second time I made this recipe. Didn't seem to matter since my family ate the whole casserole before I discovered my mistake! Thanks Paula!

Used plain yogurt instead of sour cream, and added an egg. I didn't add cheese for my own personal preference. Absolutely amazing and super easy to make. EVERYONE loves this dish! A MUST make for any occasion.
