This is such a terrific side dish and really feeds a crowd. Be careful though, Jiffy makes a Banana Muffin Mix which I used by accident the second time I made this recipe. Didn't seem to matter since my family ate the whole casserole before I discovered my mistake! Thanks Paula!

Used plain yogurt instead of sour cream, and added an egg. I didn't add cheese for my own personal preference. Absolutely amazing and super easy to make. EVERYONE loves this dish! A MUST make for any occasion.

I made this for Thanksgiving and the family LOVED it. Made it again on Christmas Eve but forgot to top with cheese. Even without the cheese, just as delicious. Making again today for a family get together. Obviously this recipe is a keeper!!!!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was such a hit. Everyone loved it so much they requested that I make it again for Christmas Eve! I doubled the recipe and had no leftovers. I had so many asking for the recipe. Super easy recipe and very GOOD. I did cook it longer than the recipe calls for. Next time I will try adding some jalapenos. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

I have made this 5 times now and it is a HUGE hit every time. I double the recipe and never have so much as a spoonful left afterwards. Thanks Paula!

Delicious!!! Thanks to a few reviewer comments I tweaked the recipe slightly by adding a half of a small can of fire roasted jalapenos, 5 pieces of crumbled apple smoked bacon, 1/4 of a sweet onion which I grated (and sauteed in butter and used only a 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar (all added to batter...liberally salted and peppered and baked in a 8X8 inch pan. I took the dish to a potluck and received rave reviews!!

Absolutely Delicious! This was my first time making corn casserole. My husband really liked it...so good he asked how it was made. I made it exactly what the recipe stated except the cheese.... I did add one egg...the texture was fluffy and yum yum good. Not sure what it taste like without using an egg. I also used a 7x11 glass baking dish....just the right dish for the amount of mixture. I will take this casserole to all my future events...one reason because it is easy and cheap to make. Thanks Paula!!
