This was a very delicious addition to our Thanksgiving dinner and it was a hit with the family. I'm giving it four stars because if I could do it over again, I would have omitted the cheese. I don't think it did much for the flavor and it confused the guests (they thought it was macaroni and cheese. Otherwise it is a wonderful dish!

I read so many of the reviews and I am glad that I did. I used half the butter, added sauteed onion, omitted the cheese and used a small baking dish. All these alterations were based on the reviews. This is a quick and easy recipe and does not pretend to be anything more than a corn casserole. It was a hit at Thanksgiving, everyone enjoyed it. And yes, it is on the sweet side but it is a corn dish after all.

This is so quick and easy to make and delicious. It doesn't come out soupy in the middle like some corn casseroles and everyone loved it! Didn't change a thing.

While I find this casserole yummy and easy to make, it always comes out so mushy when I follow this exact recipe. Nothing like the cornbread-like texture shown on the video. I'm thinking I have to halve the butter or sour cream but I don't want to lose the taste.....

Everyone loved the cheese on top. Don't be afraid if it is a little wiggly coming out of the oven...its done! At first the 9 by 13 looked a little too big but the casserole rises. Could put it in a 9 by 9 if you were looking for a deeper scoop but it might be a little gooey-er that way.

Love it, I add some bacon to it. Bacon makes everything better

Wonderful and simple. It's so easy and better than plain corn. I can almost make this in my sleep at this point. Looks great, tastes wonderful, easy...what else could you want?
