It had a good flavor but was to "eggy". I was hoping for more of a cornbread flavor. Didn't care for the texture.

Had this for a family dinner last weekend, it was very good. The only thing I think would make this better would be to use cream corn.

This was not cornbread. This was quiche with cornmeal. It would be a good breakfast casserole if sausage were to be added.

I watched her make this on TV the other day and it looked amazing, however it did not deliver. It seemed like it was missing something. It was edible, but I definitely won't be making it again.

not often I give five stars but this is one decadent side dish - served with ribs and asparagus you can get much more delicious artery hardening than this! I put in four ramekins and topped with extra cheese, and I used frozen corn.

Delicious! My aunt made this last year for Thanksgiving and again this year and we were all so glad she did. She printed out the recipe for me and I will be making it this week to go with the black bean tostadas I am making. I will be adding in some roasted green chili's to give it a bit of a kick. But honestly it is perfect just the way it is.

My husband and I just had this with a big pot of elk chili and I have to say it was pretty tasty. I took the liberty of sprucing it up just a bit more. I made my own creamed corn (instead of canned corn and I added a tbsp of onion powder and some honey to the mixture while it was cooking up to give it a richness and a little sweetness. Next time, I'm going to add some chopped Jalapeno peppers to the batter and just a little sugar to make it bond good. All in all, I would make this on a regular basis. My husband is not a corn bread person but he ate 3 big pieces of it!
