This salad was delicious except for the bananas. I will leave them out the next time. It stayed well even 2 days later (again except for the bananas. My friends loved it and I will be sure to make it again.

Served this at church today; it was a hit. I did make some changes. I can't stand peas, so I substituted cucumbers. Since I had Craisins on hand, I used them in place of the raisins. I also substitued Splenda for the sugar. But I did give Paula credit!

This is a variation on the layered salad I have made for years, but so much better. Used less sugar and
fresh lemon juice in the dressing and made it rather thin. It was a huge
success and everyone loved it. Thank you Paula Deen.

We had a party of 18 people - I threw a lot of this away - the bananas just gave it an odd taste.

Made this salad for my family, they all loved it. I used lite ranch dressing instead of the mayo dressing to keep the calories down. Still great!! Best layered salad I've ever had.
