When I saw her make this salad it looked just yummy, thought the ingredients were a little different tho. But when you put it all together...WOW it was GREAT!! Paula you NEVER let me down!! Please KEEP Cooking!!!

I made this salad for a potluck at work all the fellow employees went crazy over it. The blends of the fruits and vegetables made a outstanding taste. The banannas and the raisins gave this salad the right amount of sweetness. The group is still talking about this days later. You must try to make it and taste it to believe it.

I made this salad for a cook out this weekend and it was the first dish emptied on the table.
Very good salad, fresh, great flavor combinations.

My grandson had the perfect description
"Gram, this salad should be for every 4th of July picnic from now on. It is like the fireworks on the lake. The more bites you take the more flavors that keep opening up and the more soft and then crunchy things keep happening".
