I made this salad last week and my family loved it even my husband and he is a picky eater. I didn't put the nuts in it because I forgot to buy them, but even without the nuts it was awesome. My family wants me to make it again for fathers day. Thanks Paula another great recipe...

I have taken this dish to every cook out this summer! So many people have said "Oh my gosh, this is so good it's stupid!" I make one with nuts a one without due to some having peanut allergies. Even without, it's great!

My husband and I love layered salad so when I saw Paula make this on her show, I just had to try it. Am I missing something or what, isn't there supposed to be some corn in this? Don't get me wrong, the salad was a big hit. I just for some reason thought Paula put some corn in it too. No matter... love Paula's cooking and am a huge fan of hers. Will make this salad more often, with or without the corn.

My family has enjoyed this salad many times. The last several times that I prepared it....I added a half teaspoon of curry powder to the dressing. It was an even bigger hit!

I took this to my mom's for a dinner, we have a huge family that is willing to try anything. Everyone wanted to know what was in it but they had to taste it before i would tell, after the first bite they didn't care what was in it. Everybody liked it!!!

This was in the first episode of Paula's I had ever seen. The salad really caught my eye and it looked wonderful ( I was 6 months pregnant after the show was over I ran to get all the ingrediants. I LOVED IT!!!!! It was exactally what I wanted. I am pretty sure I made it at least twice a week for the rest of my pregnancy. (I still make it about once a month and the whole family loves it After the sucess with the salad I started making other Paula recipes and found a new favorite chef I just love her and her food. (she really knows how to cook for the pregnant woman lol Keep up the great work Paula!!

Made this for a pot luck at work-had a flat tire on the way and had to be towed-the salad held up well and was still a hit. Great combo of flavors.
