a refreshing new version of the salad strata that all my family and extended family enjoy. We are 24 strong! One of us prepares it for almost every family "get together". One of my daughter's is making it for our Christmas gathering; it will be perfect with Beef Tender.(We had turkey at Thanksgiving I substitute craisens for raisens and delete the bacon and use Champagne vinegar in the dressing. It's yummy. Thanks so much, Paula, for another delicious dish.

A total hit; combination of ingredients sound like they won't work well together. Not true. Very delicious and a pleasant and crowd-pleasing surprise. This is now one of my favorite recipes and will take it often to group events! Thanks, Paula!!

This was a wonderful dish. I will definitely make it again. It did take more time to prepare it than was given, but it was well worth the effort.

it was amazingly delicious! My husband and I thought it was such a bizarre concoction, but the end result was very yummy. We had no problems polishing it off! Another keeper from my favorite cook!!

Easy to make, other than a bit of time for dicing. I also used a bagged salad, however found that (and I'm not sure if it has to do w/the salad, but we had leftovers the next day and the lettuce was kind of wilted. If I made this again, it would be to bring to a get-together to be eaten that day.

I was skeptical about ingred.but loved all so I tried it.. My husband and I thought it was great.He even REQUESTED SOME TO TAKE TO WORK WITH HIM..Taste like fruit salad I make but so much better.. will add this to my holiday cooking..thanks Paula

I made this for a crowd and it was almost never touched. I was very disappointed with this recipe.
