I love coleslaw so I had to try this recipe when I saw it. It was very good and everyone came back for seconds. I changed the recipe just a little: I used Miracle Whip, scallions, and added fresh cilantro on top. I will definitely make this again.

This is good but a pain to make. Next time I will use store bought coleslaw mix an maybe add another can of corn. I like the cumin in it but I think it might need some more mayo.

I was instantly interested when I saw the recipe on TV. I've made it twice and taken it to pot luck and large group suppers and both times it was well received by all ages. To simplify the dish, I used store bought cole slaw mix but everything else was true to the recipe. Delicious

I forgot to check the recipe before I went shopping, so I used lemon juice instead of lime juice. It was still very good. The corn added an nice twist on traditional cole slaw
