This is an absolutely delish pie!! Go Miss Paula!! You will need deep dish pie dishes. Makes two pies but they don't go to waste! Couldn't keep my families hands off!! Will make this one of my "special" dishes for sure!!

The taste is awesome but I don't think I will make it again because of the calories and the temp/baking time wasn't correct.

I'm giving this five stars but I haven't actually tasted it--how could it not be good with 2 sticks of butter, 4 eggs, sugar, etc. I'm writing because I fit the entire filling into one deep 9" pie pan. I panicked after making the whole thing and seeing that it made two pies (two?! who in the world needs two of these?!. So cut it in half, use two regular pie pans, or one 9" deep pan. And be sure to run about 10 miles after eating cause the calories in this are ridiculous!
