I needed a comfort food side dish when I saw Paula make these, so I tried them. Glad I did. Sure, there's a lot of butter but you have to indulge sometimes. So easy and delicious. Another great Paula recipe.

My family loves these. We use leftovers to make potato pancakes for breakfast. To cut down on the butter, I use butter-flavored spray instead of dotting the top with butter. Still delicious!

I use this recipe all the time. Always loved by family and guests. If there are leftovers, it nukes well the day after.

This was one of the simplest, yet tasty potato dishes that i have ever made. My husband usually isn't much of a "spud eater", but he loves this dish. The second time that i made it, i decided to add some cooked, crumbled bacon to the mix, and it was even better yet. one thing, however, that i would change, would be to saute' the onions just a tad, especially if you don't care for your onions to be crunchy. ENJOY!!! PAULA RULES!!!
