    Oh this recipe is so easy and my family loves it! I've made these potato's several time and they are just delicious. I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese so I was a little leary of making these but Paula made it look so good on TV so I had to try it and I'm glad I did! I will be making these a lot more because we love them! Better than just your plain potato's. Thanks Paula!!

    I made this for a large gathereing and it was easy to make ahead of time and heat at the last moment. It was a giant hit.

    I've made this recipe twice and the second time around I added 1/2 cup of sour cream, sauteed the onions, and put my potatoes through a potatoe ricer. They were creamy and delicious!

    These are the most amazing potatoes I have ever eaten. I made them with low fat ingredients because I am dieting and I was super impressed. I would make these for any party. Super easy and quick prep also.

    I'm with Katrina, I could eat the whole dish!I love these potatoes, I also added about 1 cup shred. cheese, yum-yum! GO SOX!!!!!!!!
