I made this for Thanksgiving last year and plan on making it a tradition for our family dinner. Everyone loved it. I'm setting up my recipe box and made sure to include this.

i have never made a recipe by paula but i must say this cheesecake was AWESOME!!! you can put anykind of fruit on top or you can eat it plain either way its great. i made the crust with cinnamon graham crackers and it gave the extra kick in your mouth. i really didnt care for the apples and sauce that much so when i made the sauce i didnt put it on top of the cake so people had a choice if they wanted it on top. next time i will use a diffrent fruit

I've made this at least 10 times now I decided to review it. Yes it is the best cheesecake recipe I have ever made and I have fed this to many people at least 40 different people and not all family! I've even had a few people who didn't like cheese cake taste it and say how good it was and were wanting the recipe. tips cover with foil throughout, bake long enough until center only jiggles, use 18 crackers for crust, any brand of ingredients, make sure to chill overnight, and use any topping.

I cannot wait to bake this cake, I am preparing in hopes that consulate will allow fiance for "visa fiance." He would really love this cheesecake so it a good way to introduce him to new and innovative tastes!!!!

AWESOME!!! After my mother passed away I started to have the traditional Sunday family dinners at me house. I am always looking for new recipes and I tried this one on Sunday. My family LOVED it. I already have a request to make it for my niece's daughters birthday party!!

Amazing -- first cheesecake I have made of Paula Deen. Didn't make the topping as I just added a can of cherries (my husband's favorite but the cheesecake was delicious & the bottom was soft (not crunchy & the perfect amount for a 10" springform. The leftovers were even better!

This Carmel Apple Cheesecake is out of this world!!! The cheesecake took longer to cook for me than the recipe called for, but the cheesecake was excellent!!
