This recipe is fantastic!! I, also had enough filling for another cheesecake. My first one was a little too dark and I readjusted the time on the second one. I didn't use the apples and included almond extract!!! Awesooommmeeee!!!!! Thanks Paula and Sons. You guys are wonderful!!! This was my first cheesecake period and to know that I made my first cheesecake from scratch!!! My 88 year-old mother was even impressed!!

Love this! The cheesecake came out of the oven looking beautiful. No cracks! This is my new go to recipe for cheesecake. The topping is very good as well, but you could put anything on top of this and it would be delish! Thank you cousin Johnnie and Paula Deen.

This cheese cake is wonderful, It is worth the extra time, great flavor and texture, not to rich just right, and the topping is out of this world I'm also going to put raisens in the topping next time.. Out with my family recipe, this caramel cheese cake is better

I made this cheesecake after seeing Paula bake it with her son and it looked excellent. I had to shorten the bake time because the edges and top were burning. The cheesecake was outstanding but it also seemed to be too much batter for my springform pan, I thought all spring form pans were a standard size? When I tried to make the caramel apple topping, it didn't turn out like caramel, I guess I undercooked it because I was so afraid of burning the butter. Ended up throwing out most of the topping. I will definitely try it again, rave reviews from everyone that was brave enough to taste it but I think I might stick with the canned apples and cut back on the batter since I lost all around the edges which made the cake look like it had been picked over. Since it was such a hit, I will try again.

This is the first time I made cheesecake from scratch and it came out Great. My family loved it. It really helped with my confidence on cooking pastries from scratch.

Ths cheesecake was soooooo creamy and delicious. The only reason I didn't give the recipe 5 stars was because I had enough graham cracker crumbs and filling lef over to make a whole another cake!! So I made a few mini's using my muffin top pan.
I was very interested in this recipe because I'd never made a cheescake with orange juice.
I've been makiing a carmel apple cheescake recipe I go off the back of the carmel bag and this one has now replaced that one! So easy to make and much more creamier, light, and flavorful!
Oh...I was also happy when it finished cooking NOT A SINGLE CRACK!!!
