This dish was very good, but needed to cook longer than the suggested 4-5 min. I was cooking it on medium and they didn't quite get cooked all the way through. I think next time I would make sure they were a little more flat and not mess with them (or check on them until they have been cooking for at least 4 min on the first side.

I made these to go with a family lobster boil, and they went over really well. I skipped the green pepper, and they still tasted great. The cakes are very tender, so turn them gently in the pan. Also, you don't need all of the oil if you're using a non-stick pan.

These were excellent. I don't even like crab cakes but the family raved and I tried some. Very tasty. You could taste the crab and the seasonings all mixed very well. Not so much filling as in most crab cakes. Did omit bell pepper, but followed exactly otherwise. Love the show Paula.

It was very good! The flour made it soggy though. I just replaced it with bread crumbs. Other than that, it was very good.

Wonderful, I have made several and these are the best. I did not know of any sauces so I heated some light mayo with lemon juice, put on plate then added the crabcakes, yum!!! They are moist, but use one hand in mixture and one for flour and it goes smoothly, just do everything quickly, don't worry about how they look, also make small, much easier to handle.

These crab cakes were easy, very tasty and looked good, but I found they were just to wet on the inside. Maybe I just needed to cook them longer, but then the outside burned. I think it depends on your view of what a crab cake should be like. The flavor was great, but the texture was just ok for me.
