    These crab cakes are the way to go if you are going to make them. Rich, filling, and wonderful with some tartar sauce! Paula Deen does it again - she is the ultimate resource for good old down home cookin'. Love ya Paula!

    And I used imiation crab. They held together well and I chilled them first. I froze the extras and they did well when reheating them.

    OH MY GOSH!! These were the best crab cakes EVER!!!!! I did put them in the freezer for an hour to harden them up! My husband and I used the leftovers for crab cake sanwhiches!!! THANK YOU!

    I made these crab cakes and it was the grossiest thing I have ever eaten I doubt Paula even eats those she takes a bite and acts like eats the best thing shes ever had YEAH RIGHT dont waste crab on this recipe
