    I made these for a family get together and every body loved them, even though prior to eating nobody even liked crabcakes. I made them small appetizer size, a few fell apart in the pan, but overall they were fairly easy. I also froze them for about 1/2 hour before cooking, I think I will freeze longer next time I make these. I might add more cracker crumbs as well. Very, very good!

    This was really good, but my patties fell apart when I made them. I found that you can save a lot of time if you just throw your ingredients into the blender instead of chopping them. Things will stick together easier in the pan. They were very good with tarter sauce, if you don't have time or money to make a nicer sauce.

    Paula always says she won over Michael with her cooking and after serving these crab cakes to my husband I think she's right! They were easy to make and came out great. I substituted canned Crown crab meat and they still tasted wonderful.
