I made this last night for my daughter who said she isn't crazy about crab meat. She loved it. I did not make the sauce because I had jarred sauce handy. I would recommend you watch the video so you know to take the veggies off the heat before you add the rest of the ingredients. Really good and I will make it again!!

This was a huge hit!! I had trouble keeping the cakes together, so next time i will add 1 more egg.

My First attempt at home made crab cakes was an absolute HIT! they came out PERFECT. they were actually very easy to make. made the night before and refrigerated overnight....and the sauce. OMG. i will never need to look for another crab cake recipe ever. flavor was wonderful, consistancy was perfect.

OMG, this is the best recipe for crab cakes. You must try this. I watched the video and followed the directions exactly how Paula made these. My family loved them and the dill sauce was excellent. I will be making these again and again....try them, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

These crab cakes were absolutely delicious - I made them for Christmas and they were a huge hit! The sauce was delicious, and could be used for other dishes too - would be especially good with salmon! The only thing I had trouble with was keeping the crab cakes together while I fried them. I may add a little more egg next time to bind them together better.

This was the best crab cake I've ever eaten! I altered it a bit by adding panko bread crumbs to the outside. The sauce was also a big hit!

The crab cakes were good but the Lemon-Dill sauce is DELICIOUS!! I made a double batch, put it in a large mason jar and use it on my homemade beer battered fish sticks and I even used it as a dipping sauce for chicken. I can eat this right from the spoon! DELISH!!

Very Good. Made the recipe exactly as is. Next time I will use unsalted butter to fry patties in, b/c they seemed on the salty side. Will also use a little less bread crumbs in the mixture, b/c the egg held things together pretty well. I made everything, put in the frig over night and fried the next day for early dinner. The lemon dill sauce was super YUM!! I will make again, with those small modifications.
