Need pizazz. The taste was just to bland for us from Texas.

I made this right after seeing it on TV. Everyone really enjoyed the appetizer. I used the largest mushrooms I could find-that was a mistake because it was difficult to wrap with the phyllo.

I serve this all the time at parties and it's always a hit. I don't know why it is ranked as medium difficulty. If you're familiar with phyllo dough this recipe is a snap!

I've tried this three different times and have made a total mess of the presentation. They taste wonderful...but don't look pretty.

I was not able to find phyllo dough in my store, so I used egg roll wrappers (1 sheet per mushroom. Very easy to work with. They turned out excellent. Doubled the recipe and Made them for a large group and they were all eaten. I will definitely make these again with the egg roll wrappers.

I will definitely make this again. I served them for an appetizer for guests last night. My company loved them. They were easy to make and I did make them early in the day and wrapped them with plastic wrap. Store in the fridge. Bake just before serving. Perfect!

this was so easy to make, but I would recommend using fewer layers of phyllo since it is already so rich with the cheese. I also used Pam cooking spray between the layers (I saw this on Semi Homemadewhich helped to speed things up.

As mentioned in other reviews, the flavor of the crab and cheese does not really stand out.
