I made these and served them for a New Year's Eve Party and they were an instant hit! Easy to make and with a little adjusting to make the fillo fit, they were perfect

The hardest part was working the phyllo, which can dry out really quickly if you aren't careful. Also, I found that only wrapping them twice (6 sheets ea was plenty and saved a lot of time. Mine looked more phyllo balls than "purses" but they tasted great anyway! I served them at a New Years party, made them before hand and put them in the fridge until I was ready to cook/serve them... everyone loved them, there wasn't one left! Be sure to let them cool a little before serving... the mushroom and juices were VERY hot. Overall, these were excellent... I would DEFINITELY recommned them!

I used canned crab meat. I used the Borsin's cheese. I did not think these had enough flavor for all the fuss. I was quite dissappointed. A friend made them as well for his party, and shared my review. Don't bother with this one unless your looking for presentation without the flavor!

I love seafood and these are wonderful. I plan to try to fix this with shrimp or lobster.

This is one of the best stuffed mushroom recipes that I have ever tried! My family and friends love it and ask for them all the time!

These were a little difficult to make but well worth it. They didn't look quite like Paula's. I just rolled them like a package. But they were so delicious. I got the hang of it and they went pretty quick. Definite Recommend!!!

I had never used phyllo before so it was quite difficult for me to make. However, once completed, they were a hit at the party and absolutely delicious!

I am not a fan of mushrooms by any means, acouple of my guest were not either, but these were absolutly delicious !!!!
