    I enjoy Paula Deen and am seldom disappointed by either her or many of the other top-rated recipes from Food Network chefs. But for me, this one was a bomb. The flavors didn't combine well, and the breadcrumbs just sat on top without adding anything more than a slightly crunchy texture. I served them to guests, so it was a bit embarrassing. Sigh. I'll keep looking for good hors d'oeuvres recipes...

    These turned out amazing for a women's luncheon. They were the hit of the party, everybody requested the recipe. I used the Boursin garlic and herb cheese and it worked great. I would highly recommend for your next party

    My husband and I thought these were just delicious! Actually his exact words were "You know these are the best crab stuffed mushrooms I've ever had right?" I did do a few things differently after reading some of the reviews. 1st I used snow crab clusters I had leftover. I picked all the crabmeat out myself which happened to actually be 1cup (2 1/2 Clusters. I didn't have green onion so I used yellow onion sliced pretty small & chopped up 3 garlic cloves. I sauteed them in a little butter, salt & pepper and added the bread crumbs. Didn't have parsley so I skipped that. I then added the cream cheese & mixed that well. Then folded in the crabmeat. Only had baby bella's on hand so I sprayed the caps with Pam (butter spray& stuffed them with the mixture. Baked them as stated & Yummm-O! Not sure what the "High End" crab is that people say they're buying, but mine didn't taste "fishy" whatsoever. Love Love Love this recipe & i've already been asked by my husband to make it again!

    Delicious. This will definitely be a go-to for special occasions (as the crab meat makes it a pricey treat. Next time I might not add any salt to it.

    I love stuffed mushrooms. I also recently made this recipe and they turned out fantastic. I was told by family members that they were better than olive garden's stuffed mushrooms. The recipe is very easy to fallow and the results are great. Delicious crab stuffed mushrooms!! I encourage anyone who wants to try something new and simple to make to try this recipe. However, I did not put the cup of salt, i just put a sprinkle. They still turned out great.

    I recently made this recipe for my mom. We really enjoyed it. I just wished I used less pepper and salt. I will try it again real soon!!! I love Paula Deen's show and look forward to making something else of hers real soon.

    Great easy recipe! I omitted the salt as I find the crab and cheese has enough flavor on their own. I also omitted the bread crumbs and added a light sprinkle of shredded cheddar. This makes it fantastic for my low carb lifestyle!
