This recipe is KILLER!!! I've made it several times for friends and events and have also been asked to share the recipe with people saying the same results. I've served it as a side dish as well as a dessert. It's easy, inexpensive and great for holidays. I can't say enough good things about it! Thank you!

Just great! Don't change a thing. I finally used my bundt pan for the first time in 30 years and it was perfect. Hole gets wider at the top which allows for even more filling (which I doubled and kept some on the side. My friend called it a beautiful, yummy volcano. Thanks Paula, and especially to all you reviewers. Your comments are so helpful.

This was delicious! I didn't have time to make the topping and it was great on it's own as a simple gelatin salad.

Holy Rockin Rolly! I was looking for a cranberry salad I could tolerate for Thanksgiving and came across this one. It's fantastic!!!! My entire family loved it. They practically licked the plate clean and my daughter wanted me to make her another one to take home. Try it for any occasion because it's worth the few minutes it takes to put it together. Way to go Paula!

I love this recipe! So festive and easy to make! I doubled the amount of everything but the cranberry sauce, and added mandarine oranges, using the juice from the can as part of the cold water. It was such a hit at my company potluck last week, I'm already making it again for Christmas Eve with the family! The raspberry jell-o cuts some of the cranberry flavor down a bit making it enjoyable for people who aren't fans. If anyone questions trying this recipe, c'mon anything by Paula Dean is always a-mazing!

Paula, you are my favorite. My family loved this also. The only thing I changed is leaving out the plain gelatin because I didn't have any. Other than that it was the same. I had two people ask me for the receipe and that is such a compliment to me. Thank you.

The recipe calls for 1 cup of boiling water and 1/2 cup of cold water. Way too little and it would turn out like a brick. I suggest following the instructions on the Jell-O package for the amount of water. The extra 1/2 pack plain gelatin compensates for the Cranberries and Pineapple.

The only other item I added to the Cream Cheese filling was a splash of Rum as I didn't have any Brandy and this bumped it up. Delicious and a hit at our holiday dinner!
