    This is the 1st of Paula's recipes that I have tried and it couldn't have been better!! My family and I love it. It is very easy and very tasty. I will be making it this holiday season, that is for sure!! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

    I made this recipe because I saw it on one of her episodes. It looked good so I tried it. It is awesome!! I l didn't put the cream cheese in the middle, I just kept it in a separate bowl and put it on top whenever I wanted it. It also makes a good snack. I get it all to myself because my husband doesn't like cranberries or gelatin!!

    I prepared this gelatin salad for my family and everyone loved it. Even my husband and daughter who don't like gelatin cleaned their plates and asked for more. Keep those fabulous recipes coming Paula Dean!

    My mother-in-law served this salad every holiday. She made it in a square pyrex dish and served each portion on a lettuce leaf. I think she got the recipe out of a church cookbook. I remember seeing her use ginger ale in place of the cold water though. It was always so delicious. I had forgotten about it but I will definitely make it for my family very soon.
