I am from Ruston, LA. This was a great and easy recipe!! Made crawfish fettucine several times and this was the best. I leave in the country and didn't have all the ingredients so these are my substitutes- they worked out perfectly! 1can of cream of shrimp for cream of mushroom, 1 stick of salted butter and 1 unsalted, 2-3 tsps of Tonys, and 8 oz of jalapeño velvetta! We like our food spicey and it was DElICIOUS!!!

My husband and I loved this recipe. I used unsalted sweet butter and on the Cajun seasoning I used 2 Tlb. Old Bay to give it more flavor. I have to limit my sodium intake so made these changes. Next time I made this recipe I will try using cooked salad shrimp instead of the crawfish.

LOVED IT!!! I wanted the restaurant experience at home to celebrate my husband's birthday. He loved the fettuccine! The sauce was so creamy and thick. I ended up doubling my recipe because I had soo much crawfish. Overall, it was delicious and we enjoyed it!!!

Pretty boring. Not memorable. Don't know why everyone raved about it.

This recipe is AMAZING! I am from Baton Rouge, LA and have had crawfish fettuccine many times and this one is quite possibly the best! My guests thought I slaved for hours to prepare this, but it was sooooo easy. I had all of the ingredients prep'd so that once cocktails for over, I threw it all together right before we ate it. Served it with a ceasar salad in which I made a homemade ceasar dressing spiced up with a little Tobasco. Serve with some crusty french bread and you are set! Another winner Paula Deen

Just about as good as it gets. If at all possible try to buy Louisiana crawfish. It really makes a difference in the sweetness and texture of the crawfish.

This was soooo delicious. Typically I will prepare a dish and just myself or my husband and I or just my children will like it, but the entire family loved it. It was so tasty I had to share it with my guest and they loved it. Serve with a side salad and you can call it dinner!

Delicious! This was so creamy. I had to make a few changes b/c of what I had on hand. I cut the recipe in half and omitted the celery. I used cream of celery instead of cream of mushroom, therefore I added a small can of mushrooms. I didn't have the processed cheese so I used gruyere. My pkg of crawfish was 12 oz instead of 16 oz but it was more than enough.

This was absolutely worth the effort! Fantastic recipe and you can definitely make some friends sharing this dish at any dinner! I used just 1 lb of crawfish and that was plenty. I will definitely be making this one again! It was perfect just the way they demonstrated it on the show too, so nothing had to be changed at home (except that I used less crawfish. It was also wonderful to see Michael in the kitchen preparing the dish with Paula!
