    Officially my favorite biscuit recipe. I didn't have a rolling pin but I placed the dough in between two large pieces of saran plastic and shaped the dough into a large disc. Perfect. Thanks Paula!

    very easy to make, but the dough was alittle sticky. very worth the messy hands though!!! the biscuits were extreemly moist and flavorful!!!! much, much better than the traditional bisquick recipe!

    My husand is my judge, if he likes it ,
    I put it into the save for company section of my favorite recipes. I just love cheese anyway, and this is better than just the usual cheddar cheese ones I have been making. It's just a new twist, and I love to use slightly different recipes for variety.

    I made these for my family and they just loved them. It's the only biscuit they ask me to make now. I went to my parents house for a visit and made them to put sauage gravy over with. They were a hit. I made them every morning while I was there. More and more family memebers kept showing up to try them!!! Very easy to make too.

    I felt decadent eating these biscuits. Surely, it was because I usually use whole wheat flour in my biscuits. I just couldn't resist making these. These won't become our everyday biscuits because they were so good I would keep eating and eating them!

    If you are looking for a good southern biscuit, look no further. I've tried to make biscuits before & they always turn out dry & too crispy on the outside. But the cream cheese that you mix in with the biscuit mix really softens it up.
