Very tasty, but I had a terrible time getting the dough to form a ball. I had to keep adding more cream because it was just not adhering. I am not a novice baker and followed the directions exactly. Anyway, they taste great and my husband loves them. I will just adjust the amount of cream needed for 2 1/2 cups of flour.

Good flavor, but SO HEAVY. I know all about barely mixing wet and dry ingredients, but these just didn't work for me.

Delicious. Used Ricotta cheese instead of the regular cheese, and very light drizzle of Cinnamon powder on top with the sugar, baked for additional 5 minutes to get the light golden top called for by the recipe (I always adjust baking time when using different ingredients! came out perfect. A drizzle of honey after they come out of the oven, so good.

These scones are absolutely delicious. So many times I am heavy into chocolate baking or carmel but sometimes just a simple buttery taste, with a delicious sugar sprinkle is super. I love these and will make them again and again. The only thing I had trouble with was trying to make mine into a ball like Bobby. My ball was a bit crumble but when I rolled the dough and cut them out, well just wonderful, and I am eating them plain. Thank you Paula, another favorite on my list
