    I didn't use pimentos, I added lots of celery and potatoes, this soup was fantastic!!!! Very easy to make, and a great flavor, a huge THANKS to Paula.

    This soup was terrific Paula! I made this tonight for dinner along with a salad and French bread. Our stores didn't offer fresh pimento, so I used half of a large jar of diced and added about a half of a red bell pepper, diced. I also added some small bits of diced carrots and put in some cubed microwaved red potatoes. We topped it with some bacon bits and green onoin. "My people" loved it!!

    I made this 2 times in 3 days. The last time I bought some Cheddar bacon cheese and used only spring onions with 1/2 & 1/2 and left out the pepper. I had an offer of marrage because of this varation. She only keeps sending us the best of the best.
