Paula did not make this using the food processor. Naturally, it would be soupy if you used a food processor. I added a bit more salsa and it was great. I make my own homemade so it was very good. A hit will everyone. Thanks Paula.

Made 1/4 of the recipe for the two of us and it is outstanding! Reminds me of eating a taco, yet no meat. It definately goes in the "keeper" file for its' simplicity and wonderful flavors. No way is this bland...it's perfect...cool southwestern flavor.

I don't understand why some of the other reviewers put these ingredients in the food processor, when it clearly states that it should be mixed by hand. I had no problem with the texture. It turned out delicious!

I tried this recipe but cut it in 1/4 for our small family.
It was so fast to make and I added a little garlic as well to add some extra flavor.
Agree that it should be refrigerated to help let the seasonings meld.
Thanks Paula!

made this in my brand new food processor and it came out totally soupy. As for the flavor, it had too much cumin for my taste, and not enough salt (i used about a 1/4 t. will try again and mix by hand :\

I didn't see her make this on her show, but it would stand to reason that all the scallions should be added and mixed into the dip along with the remaining ingredients. Save only a few to garnish the top. I apologize if she did put all on top when making it on TV, just seems like a recipe writing mistake to me. I agree it tastes better the next day when the flavors have a chance to blend. As others have suggested, couple of dashes of hot sauce and a little garlic are both nice additions.

I wanted a fast and easy dip to work off of and this is surely it! I did a few things differently to make it my own. I crumbled up two pieces of bacon, 1/2'd the sour cream and replaced the other 1/2 w/cream cheese. I added cayenne pepper and eliminated the lime juice. It was extremely savory and everyone couldn't stop eating it. Of course, bacon makes everything better. (oh, I sauteed the green onions in butter, salt, pepper. Nice, versatile dip.

This dip was fine, once I added double the seasoning and onions. Before that it was bland. It also taste much better after it sits in frig for several hours so flavors blend.

I added some chopped cucumbers and hot sauce. The crowd went wild. Next time I will double the recipe. Thanks Paula

This is delicious. I took it to school for our potluck and got rave reviews. I did make it a day ahead and had it in the refrigerator about 12 hours. The flavors were more perky after that. This would be wonderful on a taco salad. Thanks Paula!! We love it!!!
