    This is a very simple recipe to make. The flavor is wonderful. Even our resident pickie person loved it. the soup was great to look at,a wonderful winter dish.

    Sooo delicious, I wouldn't change a thing on this recipe. It is so rich, however, a cup is a perfect serving.

    This is the easiest recipe to make and perfect - so much so it goes into my winter rotation. The only cheat I did was to buy the already peeled and seeded fresh butternut squash. To me the extra 50 cents was worth it.

    I'm not a big fan of soups like this but this one was amazing, and it was even better the 2nd day! To make cutting the squash easier, poke some wholes in it (like you would a baked potato and then zap it in the microwave for 10 minutes on high. This slightly cooks the flesh next to the skin, but makes chopping up the squash SO much easier! And this is a healthy recipe! Way to go Paula!
