    I have never cooked with squash before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought it was wonderful soup. My kids turned up their noses, but that is not unusual for them when I try something new. Only problem I had was getting the squash stains off my fingers...what's up with that???

    I had a squash in the fridge for a couple of weeks and didn't know what to do with it. I was looking for an easy recipe and Paula's fit the bill! The soup was so flavorful with so few ingredients. This is a keeper! Thanks Paula.

    The only thing I did different is use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock. I think it sticks more to the vegetable theme and we like it better. If you like an under-taste of chicken then use the chicken stock. It is all personal taste.
