PAULA YOU ARE DA BOMB!!!!! OMG amazingggggggggg. I put 8oz of mints because the packets came in 4oz and it was PERFECT. If you don't like the mint taste add chucks of chocolate and it will be just as amazing.

DELICIOUS! I've been making these every Christmas since I first saw Paula make this recipe a few years ago. SOOO yummy! If you could imagine those thin mint Girl Scouts cookies in brownie form, that is EXACTLY what these are!!

these were my first attempt at a homemade brownie-- they were simple, and REALLY good! the store i went to did not have mint chips, so i grabbed a bag of chocolate/peanut butter chips and they were awesome; turned out just lovely. will definitely make them again and highly recommend!

A favorite every holiday. The chips are hard to find so I always substitute with 2 boxes of Andes mints and simply chop them up saving about 5 mints to use for sprinkling on top. I'm not sure what other reviewers mean by "chalky". These brownies are fudgy and chocolatey and so very yummy. But they are pretty dense.

I saw the show while wrapping a present for a birthday, I had an hour to kill so I went to make the brownies with my son for the party. I didn't have any andes mints so I just used chocolate chips. The brownies were so good. Everyone at the party loved them! I topped the brownies with pecans and chocolate shreds. Will make again! YUMMY!

These brownies are a perfect holiday treat. I used 7oz of the andes mints instead of 10 based on the recommendation in another review. This was a perfect amount - not overwhelming. Couldn't find the chips so chopped the mint squares in the food processor. Store bought chocolate frosting also works as a quick substitute.

Not bad, but the creme de menthe baking chips are next to impossible to find. I had to order several packages online just to make this recipe.

Followed recipe to the T. Tasted like a minty, chalky stick of butter rolled in cocoa powder. Sorry Paula, I normally love your recipes, but this one was a real dud....way too much butter, not enough balance in flavors.
