These were very good if you like the flavor of Andes mints. I know some people don't. They are very rich, so you only need a tiny bit at a time.

This was a big hit at a party. I didn't have "mint chips" so I used the real Andea's mints and crushed them. I used about 1-1/2 boxes total.

A little "cakey", but great flavor and relatively easy to make!

These brownies are a hit every time I prepare them! I was lucky to find the Andes baking chips at a Super Target - not so lucky any other grocery store. So if you are lucky enough to find the baking chips stock up - because you will find yourself baking these brownies often!

These brownies are so rich, you can only have a small piece. I made them for a Christmas party and everyone loved them. They are very easy to make. If you like the combination of mint and chocolate, you will love these brownies. Thanks, Paula!

my husband loves chocolate mint, and these brownies were delicious. i had never tried a brownie recipe from scratch, and these were the best brownies i have ever had. i made them with half as much andes and substituted the rest with chocolate chips. they turned out great! i love recipes that are versatile, and this one was.

these brownies are awsome.definately will make again. for those of you that used whole andes mints you did not read the recipe! it clearly says CREME DE MINT CHIPS and recommended andes.the whole ones were for shavings. please dont rate recipes if you cant read directions correctly it's a waist of our time to read and unfair to the chefs.

Dont know how a seasoned cook like my favorite lady Paula could leave out the salt on this one. You always balance the sweetness in baked goods with salt. This definitely needed a large pinch!
