These brownies were so easy to make and my 2 year old even had fun helping me! the measurements are perfect... the batch made a full 13X9 dish. These brownies are moist and thick and can easily feed a group of people (or in my case, my husband! The frosting is delicious and just enough to have a generous layer covering all the brownies! I like my frosting! For being homemade, they are quick and delicious!!!! THANK YOU PAULA DEEN!!!

I made these for a co-worker's going away party and they were a hit. My only issue is I couldn't find the correct mint chips and ended up using a different type that made it a little greasy (i think the issue was too much oil in the chips. I made them a second time weeks later with mini chocolate chips inside and they were PERFECT!
I dont recommend spending the time to shave the andes mints, just stack them up and cut them thin with a knife - works just as well!

This recipe was one of the Best and easiest to make. I was looking for something different to offer to my family and friends. When I took the brownie out of the oven and let it cool, you could smell the mint throughout the house. After I frosted the brownie and shaved Andes mint, it was beautiful (I took a picture. A small piece of brownie goes a very long way. You could taste mint with every bite (not over powering. Everyone I served this to loved it. This is a very rich tasting brownie (butter!.

These brownies were so good! We specifically looked for a recipe that used cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate, and this was the only one we could find at FN. We modified it by using regular milk chocolate chips (not the minty kind and subbed creme de menthe flavoring (not the liqueur but the food flavoring for the vanilla. It's a keeper.

If you are a fan of thin mint cookies then you will love these brownies! So good! Add cool whip or whip creme to top. They are rich so you don't need a big brownie.

My husband and friends love these at Christmas. I didn't make them at first this past year and i ended up having to because everyone asked me for them. You have to love mints though to like these.

It was surprisingly easy to make these brownies though the first time I made them I couldn't find out how long to bake them for. I finally noticed it on the webpagethe second time around. The most difficulty I had with this recipe was finding the Andes baking chips which I finally found at Wal-Mart (and have since noticed at Market Basket.

They taste great and got great reviews from the guests that ate them.

These brownies are soooo good. Easy to bake and I always get compliments everywhere i bring them. I dont think the frosting is necessary but it is good too.

These are wonderful. I have made 3 batches in a couple of days and had to give out the recipe several times already. People just love them. I accidently frosted mine while the brownies were slightly warm and put on the candy topping. This all melted and I stuck them in the fridge to firm up. It turned out great though because it was like a brownie with fudge on top. Yum!
