This recipe is terrible! I made it once and now my teenage daughters insist on it every time they walk by a Seafood section of a supermarket. I have made this soo many times it may be down to memory. Curse You, Paula Deen! P.S. Jamie's Chicken Salad is another one that is unbelievable, and goes well with this dish.

Fabulous--my husband says it was the best thing on the Christmas Eve table. Used 1 lb of shrimp and two teaspoons creole seasoning--skipped the lobster because of cost though I do plan to try it with lobster next time. Full of flavor. Really an amazing bisque. This one is a keeper.

I made this for the first time and everyone loved it. I'm not too sure if you are supposed to put cheese in a bisque, can someone please tell me the answet to this

This was good, but probably won't make very often. I used 3 tsp of creole seasoning since we like spice, but still it seemed like it was missing something.

My picky husband says this is the best thing he's ever eaten! I've substituted crab for lobster and it still ROCKS!

This was very very good but just needed to thicken it up a little more.

This recipe was great! Next time I will probably do a whole stick of butter, because I wound up with more veggies so when I added the flour there was nothing to work with. I might also puree it next time because it was a bit too chunky for me and to make it more bisque-like.
