I'm sorry Paula, but this was the worst crepe recipe I've ever tried! The crepes were absolutely dripping with butter from the batter. I added a tsp of vanilla and a ton more milk and flour to salvage the mix. Next time I would just start out by adding 1/2 the amount of butter asked for.

The butter in here makes these just awful. I think next time I'm leaving it out altogether. Yuck. Slimy, awful mess.

This is actually the only recipe that I will use for crepes. I don't add the cocoa powder because I don't really like to (makes things bitter. But this recipe is most definitely the best I have used and I will continue to use it! Thanks Paula for the excellent recipe!

Add a little sugar to the batter, then fill crepes with a little vanilla pudding and sliced bananas, drizzle chocolate syrup on top... mmmm, heavenly.

Very easy to make, used my electric crepe maker and added whipped creme and chocolate shavings...fed it to my five year old and she said 'gross!'.
I added some sugar and she liked it.

I cut the recipe in 1/2 since it?s just the two of us, I also made them plain and wrapped them around shrimp with onions and topped them with Mornay sauce. AWESOME!!! I was always scared to make crepes, but this recipe is staying in my book. Thanks Paula for making something I thought was so difficult extremely easy. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter needed a french recipe for her french class. So we thought this recipe would be good. Thank goodness I tested it out on my husband and children first. The crepes were easy to make I will say that, however, they needed something, maybe some sugar in the recipe itself. The cocoa is a bit overbearing. Oh and you definetely need powdered sugar on top and whipped cream and anything else sweet for that matter!! Sorry not the best crepes!

Recipe was very simple and the crepes turned out absolutely fantastic. My mother, who is from Paris actually said they tasted like something she would have bought from a creperie as a child : We topped them with Nutella, chopped hazelnuts and whipped cream, wonderful!
