IN PUERTO RICO THOSE TOMATOES ARE EXPENSIVE, SO I BOUGHT 1 LB OF THE TOMATOES AND SUBSTITUDE THE OTHER HALF FOR 4 OZ OF TACO SAUCE. IT TURN OUT GREAT, PLUS THIS RECEPIE MAKES FOR GREAT APPETIZER WITH CRACKERS.

Paula, you must win the academy award for how delicious you made this look!! I bought all the ingrediants, followed the recipe to a tee, made a huge mess in my kitchen...lots of pots and pans... not to mention all the steps it took to put this dish together along with the rice dish!! My husband came in and took one look at the kitchen and said I hope all this is worth it....NOT!!!

Food Network should give this woman her own show! With the exception of Rick Blayless' ocassional showings, there's not a great mexican chef on the FN. This girl has the SPARKLE and the recipes look great!

I LOVED HER!! Food Network, please give her a show! The way she described her food was amazing, and she made me smile the entire time. Absolutely entertaining and heartwarming - I'd tune in every time!
