    This pie turneds our great even though it appears to be a little to applesaucy at first. in 12 hours, it will taste very traditional, but now so sweet. It was easy and fun to make. And a lot more fun to share with my neighbors.

    This was good but way too runny (which may be due to the apples I used. I'll eventually try it again without as much applesauce.

    My husband who usaully loves everything I bake said throw that recipe away, it tastes like a jar of applesauce, little did he know how right he was!

    This was a wonderful recipe and my family loved it. I'm trying to watch my diet, so all I could have was a small piece with some fat free cool-whip - but oh I wanted more!! For the apples, I bought Granny Smith and the pie turned out awesome!

    I made this for a dinner party. Served warm with vanilla ice cream and a little drizzle of carmel.
    FAB-U-LOUS!!! It was the hit of the party. Love you Paula Dean!

    I was never a big fan of apple pie...UNTIL NOW!!! This apple pie is the best.

    This was by far the easiest and most delicious apple pie I've ever made! It tasted as incredible as it looked- a real crowd-pleaser. Just fabulous!
