I have made this twice and it is WONDERFUL! I didn't change anything about this recipe, because it was perfect just the way it was. This is our new favorite quiche recipe!

Awesome! Been looking for a crustless quiche. There some changes I did to make my favorite quiche. I added 4 eggs and changed the spinach with cooked diced broccoli and a small amount saute sweet onion. Also insted of sour cream I switched with greek yogurt and 1 tsp. baking soda. Then cooked in 8'x 12' pan for 1 hr. Insted of chedder cheese / swiss insted.

Not bad... I think next time I'll leave the sour cream out; it seemed a little too tangy. Or maybe that was the gruyere I used in place of the parmesan. I couldn't help myself, I just love gruyere! Might also be good with onions and/or bacon.

Added one extra egg, used bread crumbs instead of flour and left off the cottage cheese and salt.

As recommended by other reviewers, I added more eggs (2 more and omitted the flour. However, I kept the salt written for in the original recipe - next time I will omit this as well because it tasted way too salty. My quiche did not seem to set; it was very liquidy in the center despite baking for about 55 minutes. I probably would have benefitted from keeping the flour. I'm not sure I would try this again, but if I did I would try it with the flour and without the salt.

Delicious! Doesn't need any flour however. I did add eggs and scallions as some suggested, though. Interesting with the sour cream and cottage cheese. It is one of my favorite quiche recipes.

I made this for dinner last night. It was GREAT!!!! I dont have a food processor so I mixed by hand, came out wonderful. I did not experience the raw flour taste that lindamcann said they experienced. I added some crispy bacon to it, also changed up the cheese by using cojack instead of cheddar. I will be making this again very simple and very good. I served it hot with fresh bread. I LOVE FOOD NETWORK!!!!!

Love this recipe for brunch. I have made it two ways - once with spinach, cremini mushrooms, and onion and once with bacon and brocclie instead of spinach. I use a 9X13 pan and double all the ingredients with the exception that I use a total of 12 eggs and eliminate the flour and salt. This is a very versatile recipe so you can have fun with the ingredients!

This is so EASY and yummy. I added about 1/4 C. of chopped green onions to the recipe. Got rave reviews from my friends.

Very tasty and versatile recipe. Next time I will use less sour cream and more eggs. I already doubled the eggs but want a thicker consistency. It was so full of flavor though! I added sauteed scallions to the mix and omitted the flour. Enjoy!

My family loved it! I forgot to add the flour but it came out great! Also I served it right out of the oven. However, I did let it cool for a bit! I will absolutley make it again!
