5 stars are not enough! This was very easy and it could not be any better if it did have the crust. Next time I'm going to add a little crushed bacon and diced green onions. Delicious!

Wow...this is delicious. I added a little fine-diced onion. TRY THIS! Next time I made this I used a small box of Frozen Chopped Broccoli, thawed and at room temp. So, so very good also. Easy to tweak this recipe to your own liking. I love to experiment after I have made the recipe as wriltten. Such fun in the kitchen! Thanks, Paula.

This came out great! I used non-fat cottage cheese and it still was creamy and delicious. My dad ate it for breakfast and couldn't stop raving about it! Simple and easy recipe, and I didn't even miss the crust!

Wow, this was excellent! I followed the recipe and added chopped red onion, garlic and bacon. I will make it again for my girls' brunch with mimosas!

I'm a beginner cook and this dish is so easy to make. I absolutely love it. I made it with bacon and cheddar and my husband can't get enough. I will eat it any time of day.

I made this recipe for my family and they really loved it. We ate it both hot and cold. I found that I liked it right out of the refrigerator. This is a wonderful way to get kids to eat spinach.

After reading several of the reviews, I decided to saute fresh spinach in garlic and onion. Once the spinach was wilted, I mixed it into the egg and cheese mixture. I also added a couple drops of tabasco for additional flavor. It was delicious and flavorful. It required approximately 60 minutes to cook not 45 minutes like it says in the recipe.

TRY THIS RECIPE!! It is really good! I took the suggestions of other reviewers...I added minced onion, some fresh garlic and I topped the dish with the crispy onions you put on green bean casserole. I never thought I could like spinach so much!!

I tried this quiche it tired out okay, firm but a little bland. I will try again and add shallots and garlic to give more flavor. Its a keeper just needs flavor

I just took this quiche out of the oven and let it cool a few minutes before slicing into it. I substituted feta cheese instead of the cottage cheese that the recipe calls for, and the quiche had a firm texture that allowed me to slice it without having to refrigerate. This is the part of the recipe I don't understand. Why would anyone want to refrigerate quiche before eating it? To me, the flavor is best when the quiche is warm. I appreciate the fact that no crust is required since ready-made pie crusts often do not work well in quiches.
