    This was simple to make! Flavor is great, I added minced shallots and garlic. This is a great breakfast dish, but also great warmed up for lunch-- I'd recommend this recipe!

    Easy to make, and yummy! I used fresh spinach, also I did not have the cottage cheese so I added one more egg and some cream cheese.

    This recipe was very easy to make. Just stired it together and put it in the oven and turned out great!! Took it to work and everyone loved it. Great with Michelle's Banana Chocolate Gorilla Bread. Will make again!

    I don't understand why people love this. It had a raw flour taste to me that was very unpleasant. I won't make this again.

    I made this quiche for dinner and it was so good! My husband was expecting a crust but said he really liked it without. This is a definite keeper. Thanks so much Paula and Bobby!!! It's nice to see they gave Paula credit now and not Bobby Flay. ;

    I served this for guests and it was very impressive. I served it hot with grapes and english muffins. The quiche came out of the oven fluffy and looked and tasted wonderful. Be sure to use a food processor for the full minute.

    This was a delicious recipe and it's easy to cut calories/fat in the sour cream, cheddar and cottage cheeses. I love quiche, but typically it's heavy with the crust and cream and this is a tasty healthy version. This dish still has the richness of quiche. I would imagine it would be great with other veggies or even breakfast meats if you like that. All the recipes in this episode are great.

    I made this quiche for my husband and he loved it! I added some feta cheese to the recipe and used a little less cheddar cheese. It was nice and easy. I love recipes that contains ingredients that I already have in my house.

    The quiche was delicious and healthy! I saw this on Saturday and made it and the Parfait on Sunday morning for my husband and I. He loved both! Actually, it was a Paula Deen recipe fixin weekend at my home!

    Thanks Paula and Bobby for the laughs while cooking!
