Not bad...I put in extra curry. I am thinking I may try mixing a bit of brown sugar in the butter next time.

This recipe was very simple and interesting, i made them for breakfast but i added a couple of things to my plate... I toasted eggo's, spread some peanut butter and jelly, then put the crusted bananas on top of it and top it with a little ice cream... My husband and i loved them!!!

making this recipe is VERY messy. i couldn't taste the curry and butter, but it tastes ok...almost taste like banana lumpia. don't know if i'll make this recipe again...don't like the gooey and messy work. i'll stick with the banana lumpia.

After having read the reviews on this recipe I just had to tell you that I sure misunderstood the use of this dish. All I read was reviews saying that it was a dessert. I thought I heard Paula say that this was a side dish and that it coupled well with pork. Thats the way I used it. Even though I might be wrong, it was fabulous with my pork tenderloin. What a great coupling of falovors. Paula, you rock!

This dessert was the most simple dessert I've ever made in my life and yet, it was really good. Everyone loved it and I couldn't believe the little amount of time I spent making it. I will make it again.

After trying curried plaintains in the Bahamas and hating them, I was hesitant to try this. I didn't tell my husband about the curry. He said they weren't sweet enough and drizzled honey over the top. The rest of us LOVED them! I was so surprised. The bananas were still firm and crunchy. I didn't crunch my flakes up really small so they stayed nice and crunchy and the butter was amazing with the curry powder. Will definitely make these again.
