I got a ton of compliments on this dip. So unexpected and easy to make.

I altered the recipe a bit using half mayo and half sour cream to give it a lighter feeling, I got that idea from one of her other dips. Anyways, it was a hit at a party I went to, good flavor, a little spice to beat the regular boring dip.

We loved this! The fresh lemon juice in this gives it a lift. Thanks Paula!

I served this at a party last night and all the ?curry? lovers raved over it. I thinned what was left with a little milk and drizzled it over my salad today. What a nice twist for salad dressing. Thank you Paula!

I made this with light miracle whip and it was delicious! I think that the tang added a lot of flavor to the dip and everyone loved it!

Well, perhaps this recipe is simplistic, but it's the first time I've heard of it and it was really really good! I actually served it along side the phyllo wrapped asparagus and received rave reviews. I used the leftover dip with sandwiches the next day. This was really easy and fast to whip together!

This was good with veggies - I also liked it with Salmon Croquettes.

I have to agree with David, her recipes are not the same anymore. They are more like another show which I will not mention. I used to enjoy Paula's show, her down-home recipes reminded me of my childhood. Maybe she has gotten too busy or she has no interest in being like the person she was, the motherly type who was teaching you the old way to cook like our mothers and grandmothers used to cook, or just maybe the was an act and this is the way she really is. I will say that the chefography show about her and her background was nothing like what she wrote in the front of one of her cookbooks that I have. One of the stories was not the true. I used to enjoy the homely feeling I got when I watched her shows and watched each time it was on but now I only watch a few times a month if that because her shows she seems so snobbish. I have to say that most of the recipes I have tried since her new season of shows started are awful.

I love you Paula.....but this recipe has been around for many years and is old hat. You did a real pretty presentation, so that deserved an extra star, but how about some new and exciting dips in the future?
