I really disagree with the previous poster. I actually appreciated this recipe, and went to look it up. It is a challenge for me to get my SO to eat veggies, and a new dip is always appreciated. If this was really semi-ho, Paula would have bought a pre-made dip and "dolled it up."

Is it just me or is Paula morphing into Sandra Lee? Seems like in this new season she doesn't really even cook, much less offer recipes that would be interesting to serious cooks. This is an example of what I'm talking about. Either she's run out of interesting recipes or she's too busy running around being famous to be bothered to develop any. A poor showing from my former favorite Food Network Star.
